Hey Y'all!

What's up everyone, yeah i'm still alive, i know it's been a while since i contributed to our blog. Actually i should be in bed recovering from last week, it was a tough week, but it was worth every second. Oli from Basel came to visit us, big up to him for making it happen. Unfortunately Steve couldn't come due to an injury, hopefully he'll be better soon. Oli has a great teacher in Steve and you can tell he learnt from someone who knows when you watch him do parkour. He is damn good. It was a great week, we were lucky with the weather. We trained with him each of the 6 days he was here. It was once again a great experience, i did learn a few things from him regarding mental and physical training, i think we all did. Other than that he's a really cool dude, was lots of fun training with him, it was also lots of fun chilling with him. Oli, we hope to see you in munich again soon, and yeah we'll definitely be coming to basel too and next time drag Steve along with you. Take care man.
